Testimonials
Scott Prince - Australian Rugby League International and State of Origin Star
Thanks for all your support Mark with my preparation and motivation over the last couple of seasons.
Being able to continually sit down and discuss how I'm going mentally and physically feeling week in week was exactly what I needed to stay on track.
Being able to block out distractions and stay focused on what is important has helped me a great deal with my footy.
I have really enjoyed all of the Peak Performance work and will continue to use it always..
Thanks Edmo keep up the great work.

Daniel (the Rock) Dawson - 7 Time World Muay Thai & Kickboxing Champion
Mark I wanted to say thanks and tell you how much your peak performance training has helped me.
I have never sat down and really taken the time to set specific goals and get focused more than this before, the structure you gave me has helped to regain the self belief that i will be a world champion as a professional boxer and be the first fighter in history to be a champion in three different fighting disciplines.
The Elite Mind Sports Training is brilliant and the visualisation cd's have been really enjoyable. I would recommend your peak performance training to anyone.

Mark has helped bring the spark back into my sport by motivating me do get back to my best and challenge everything that holds me back.
I have set new goals and developed a greater understanding about myself and my sport with the use of the brain training cd's in the Elite Mind Sports Training System.
I have some really good tools now to use that will help me gradually get back to the top of my game and win some competitions.
I'm really grateful for all Marks help and enjoyed every session.
Thanks, Brit
Jessica Bibby - Australian International Women's Basketball
Mark just wanted to write you a quick testimonial about your help this season.
I've achieved a lot and played well over the years in basketball but this season was frustrating for me in many ways.
Last year as you know was a great season for me but the beginning of this season was not good at all and I couldn't work out why?
You helped me work out why and told me take a positive outlook on everything and to focus on my strengths, which worked well because it helped me to stop worrying .
The one rule you showed me about making up for every mistake with an inspiring positive action really helped me over come my negative feelings towards my missed shots.
And lastly I have to mention the certainty rule you demonstrated to me, this one thing has helped me get back into form because what ever I decide to do on the court whether I take a three point shot or take someone on I don't doubt I just do regardless of the consequence positive or negative.
Thank you for this education, I'm dedicated to finish the last years of my career on a high.
Kindest Regards
Jessica - Canberra Capitals
Garrick Morgan - Former Australian RU International & Gold Coast Breakers RU Coach
Hi mate,
It was a tough season this year with Breakers but things would have been a lot more challenging without your help.
As a head coach the role can have many jobs and I can spread myself a bit thin at times and that's where I rely on great support staff to assist with the things I cannot do.
I felt you added so much energy to the cause this season and all the players loved your work.
I'll never forget the winger barns having the worst game of his life one week then after seeing you for a few sessions he then played the game of his life the week after, incredible effort.
This sums you up Mark your inspiring and you know what your doing and the players and myself really take a lot from your training.
Thank you very much for all your assistance,
Garrick Morgan, Head Coach Gold Coast Breakers
Taylor Cecil - Australian International Triathlete
Mark Edmondson from Edmondsondynamics has really helped me come back from a major ankle injury sustained late in my 2011 season.
Marks training was something I have never experienced before at any level of my sport.
Mark showed my how to document and prepare my sports preparation in these four areas..
Mental - Biological - physical - External
Mark showed me how to get the best out of my preparation so that I gave myself the very best chance to perform well in competition.
Training intensified following a few sessions with Mark and my focus was the best it's ever been before, I'm so motivated to succeed at the highest level now and back to feeling great.
Mark also helped me with my performance in competitions, mapping out how I should be feeling during a race what I should be focused on and how to get into the zone..
I recently had one of my greatest performances in Noosa and it turned out exactley how I had visualised it weeks before, it was kind of surreal.
I'm continually using marks services and I look forward to my future development.
Kindest Regards
Taylor Cesil
Lisa NG - Women's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fighter - Axis Gym
Hey Mark,
Have been meaning to message you since returning from Japan with Jason and the Axis team. I just wanted to extend much thanks to you again for giving up your time and the words of wisdom you extended before we left regarding competition.
Although I was successful in competition coming away with 2 x silver medals, it was the attitude, confidence and the true enjoyment I experienced while rolling that I am most happy about and grateful to you for.
I remember you saying to those of us who walk into competition thinking "what am I doing here", "I shouldn't be here" etc (yes that was me), to turn it around and think "How amazing is it that I'm here in this moment, with this opportunity before me".
Every moment I thought that, while training at the academy in Japan...feeling my body strong and healthy and ready to "just do"...and definitely on the day of competition.
Every time an obstacle appeared I would take note, reflect and hear you say "just do", then dismiss the thought.
Nerves were definitely with me on the day and yes as usual some involuntary body purging haha, but it was combined with excitement and the belief that my body was wired and ready to "JUST DO"!!!
Thank you again, Lisa Ng
